1. To place an order securely on-line you will need a valid credit or debit card. (card types listed below). You will need the 3 digit security code that is printed on the reverse of your card and the billing address for the card. (Your order can be delivered to an alternative address but when paying you need to enter your correct billing address).
 
2. Select the item you wish to order and press the 'ADD TO BASKET' button. Repeat this process for each item you wish to order. At any time you can view your basket by pressing the 'MY BASKET' button on the left of the screen, under the Search area.
 
3. Shopping Basket Page - When you have completed your selections, go to the Shopping Basket screen where you can change the quantity (press re-calculate), empty the content(s) of your basket (press empty), make an enquiry via email, or, if you are happy with the selections, proceed to checkout by pressing the 'CHECKOUT' button.
 
4. Destination of Goods Page - Returning Customer - If you have ordered previously enter your email address and customer password and press 'PROCEED'. Please proceed to point 6. If you cannot remember your password, you may complete the Forget your customer password field and press the 'REMIND ME' button. An email is sent immediately.
 
5. Destination of Goods Page - New Customer - For new customers simply enter your email address in the email field and press the 'PROCEED' button.
 
6. Online Credit Card Payment Page - New customers should complete all fields in full. Existing customers should check all the details on the screen are correct. Please note that the billing address entered is used for authorisation and the shipping address for production of the label so please ensure they are correct. The billing address is where your bank or credit card statement is sent to.
 
Enter the name of the person/organisation you would like on the certificate of authenticity. Enter any comments or additional information in the box provided. Finally, please select an option from the 'Where did you hear about the our website' drop-down menu. We would be grateful if you could select the correct option. Now press the 'MAKE THE ORDER' button. If you missed any information, you will be prompted to go back. You will now be shown your order number. There will be a short delay before you are transferred to the secure server where you can enter your card details.
 
7. Secure payment screen - You need to complete this screen in order to complete the purchase. Please enter all fields correctly and press the 'PROCEED' button. There are a number of help buttons available should you require them, plus a FAQ's link at the bottom of the screen. If you enter all details correctly your card is then authorised and you will receive an email. Please print this for future reference.
 
Please note that Spirit of Sport do not see your card details. In the event of a failed transaction, please check the security number and billing address are correct. Should you have any problems, please email sales@spiritofsport.co.uk.
 
We randomly carry out security checks so we may contact you for confirmation of your card details.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Solo, Delta and Switch. To help protect against misuse of your card, you will be asked to enter your three digit security number that can be found on the back of your card, and also the billing address. Please ensure that you enter this information correctly. Please note we do not see your card details. At the point you enter the card information, you are on a secure server. Due to the increase in Internet fraud, we undertake detailed checks that include random telephone number verification and the use of a third party company who monitor all transactions.

If you are ordering from overseas, we will contact you to ask some additional security questions, and may in some cases need to obtain further authorization.

To place a telephone order, please call 0870 421 1966. Please have your card ready and details of the billing and delivery address plus the name to go on the certificate of authenticity. Due to administration constraints, we ask that wherever possible customers order on-line. This ensures there are no errors with the details provided.

We endeavour to ship UK orders within 48 hours. Items that state a specific delivery time, or items that are temporarily our of stock will normally be dispatched within 7 days. Should you wish your order shipped sooner please email us at sales@spiritofsport.co.uk

A signature will be required on receipt so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address entered when ordering.

We ask that you sign for the item 'contents un-checked' or if there is any visible damage 'box damaged'. Any damage must be reported to Spirit of Sport within 24 hours.

Items are sent either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail Swift Air or FedEx.

Please note that for orders leaving the UK, the buyer if responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be levied on the goods on entry into the destination country. Spirit of Sport accepts no responsibility for this and by placing an order you accept these terms and conditions.

Assuming the item is returned to the Spirit of Sport head office in a re-saleable condition within 21 days of the original purchase, Spirit of Sport will either offer a replacement, credit note or refund. This is at the discretion of Spirit of Sport.
