Spirit of Sport acknowledges that authenticity is uppermost when purchasing sporting memorabilia. The company was founded on the basis of providing high quality, authentic signed and unsigned sporting memorabilia. 1. Authentication – All items are checked by an industry expert and wherever possible against known examples held on record
2. Certificate of Authenticity - Every signed item is supplied with a distinctive and unique numbered Certificate of Authenticity
3. Spirit of Sport Hologram Seal – Is heat sealed on each Certificate
4. Item history – Is listed on each certificate
5. Registered keeper – Each item is uniquely registered against one individual only and this is stated on the certificate. (specified during the ordering process. See below for details on the re-registering process)
6. This certificate is the consumers’ unconditional customer guarantee that the item is supplied as a genuine item of memorabilia.

1. A guarantee that a Spirit of Sport representative was present to witness the signing
2. A photo of the player signing the item
3. Or, a signed letter from the player or their management
4. Or, a personal invitation to have the item presented by the sports personality

Please refer to a specific item for details on items offered with these additional services and/or documentation

Important Information - Spirit of Sport only guarantee items that have an original Certificate. (as the example above). If you have received an item of memorabilia from a third party that you believe originates from Spirit of Sport, but was not supplied with a certificate, please contact the company. If your certificate appears to be a copy, or has been tampered with in some way, again please make contact immediately.

The item is assigned to the 'Registered Keeper'. In the event it is passed on to a new owner, the new registered keeper should complete the section at the bottom of the Certificate and return it to Spirit of Sport for re-issue. Spirit of Sport will only issue a new certificate on receipt of the original. For full terms and conditions, please refer to the Ordering and Delivery section.

If you are not entirely satisfied you may return it for replacement, credit note or refund.
