This superb one-off item of signed Golf memorabilia celebrates two of the all time golfing greats, Sir Henry Cotton and Ben Hogan.

It displays two large black and white photos of each player in action and Inset between these is a title page taken from the book ‘Golf Addict Invades Wales’ that is personally signed by each player.

It has recently been framed in a stunning black surround with dual mounts giving a 3D effect and two plaques, measuring in at an impressive 75cm by 46cm. (30” by 18””)

The plaque’s reads as follows;-

Ben Hogan - 1912 to 1997 - Chipping from the rough during the British Open at Carnoustie in 1953 which he won - Considered one of the greatest golfers in the history and notable for his profound influence on the golf swing theory and his legendary ball-striking ability. His nine career professional major championships tie him with Gary Player for fourth all-time and is one of only five golfers to have won all four major championships currently open to professionals (the Masters Tournament, The Open (despite only playing once), the U.S. Open, and the PGA Championship).

Second plaque - Sir Henry Cotton, MBE - 1907 to 1987 - He achieved fame during the 1930s and 1940s, with three victories in The Open Championship (1934, 1937, and 1948). His record round of 65, made during the 1934 Open Championship, led to the Dunlop golf company issuing the famous 'Dunlop 65' ball. He as placed 17 times in the top-10 at the Open. He also succeeded in winning many titles on the European circuit during the 1930s and was a member of four British Ryder Cup teams, captaining the team in 1947 and 1953.
