During his 87 caps he scored 1049 points, the first player to score over 1,000 points in International Rugby, in an often struggling Welsh side.

He remains the records points scorer in Welsh rugby history and statistically, the most accomplished goalkicker in the history of rugby union.

He went on the 1997 British Lions tour to South Africa, playing full back in all three tests. His extremely accurate goalkicking enabled the Lions to stay in touch with the Springboks during the first two tests, allowing them to win both of them, and thus the series 2-1.

This superb limited edition framed photographic print shows Neil in typical goal-kicking action.

Part of a limited edition signing, it is personally signed by Neil with details of the print under the photo.

Each are individually numbered and have recently been framed in a black surround that measure in at a large and impressive 66cm by 48cm.
