He is without doubt the greatest ever jockey with nine Derby and thirty classic wins to his name, and was the first name on every betting slip that is not surprising with over 5000 wins! This superb piece contains a stunning 16” by 20” photo of Lester in action, with an historic Horse Racing First Day of issue postal cover mounted under, that is personally signed by Piggott. There is a plaque that details the presentation and it has recently been framed is a stunning brushed silver surround with dual inset mounts, measuring in at a large and impressive 63cm by 51cm.
