Iwan Thomas MBE is currently the British and European 400 metre record holding athlete, who is also an Olympic silver medallist and a true ambassador in the sport of athletics.

Currently Iwan Thomas' best time at the 400 metre event is 44.36 seconds and our British champion is looking to take the Olympic games in Athens 2004 by storm
