This extremely rare item of match worn Chelsea memorabilia is Frank Lampard's match-worn right boot from the final home match of the 2004-2005 Premiership winning season v Charlton Athletic at Stamford Bridge on 7th May 2005.

It is a blue & silver Adidas X-Traxion boot inscribed right LAMPARD, initialled FL to the tongue FL and numbered 8 to the back of the heel.

It is sold together with a letter from Chelsea FC.

After a period of precisely 50 years Chelsea were crowned League Champions in season 2004-05. During the post match celebrations following the 1-0 win over Charlton, Frank Lampard threw his match boots into the crowd. This, his right boot, was caught and claimed by the present vendor, a lifetime Chelsea fan.

The Premiership had been secured by Chelsea during the previous away game at Bolton with a 2-0 victory, with three fixtures to spare. Frank Lampard scored both Chelsea's goals at the Reebok.
