The 2009 Ashes saw England regain the Ashes and also signalled the end of an era with the retirement from Test Cricket of the charismatic England talisman, Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff.

Most agree, (including the Aussies!), that Flintoff was a special cricketer and one of the greats of the game. His performances during the 2005 Ashes are legendary, as are his exploits of the field!
