The superb one-off and rare item of Signed Motorsport Memorabilia pays tribute to the late and great James Hunt. It is based around a complete programme for the 1977 British Grand Prix that is mounted in the frame together with a signature page personally signed at the GP by James Hunt, Niki Lauda, John Watson, Rupert Keegan, Jody Scheckter and 2 other unknown drivers. There are two superb photos of James in race action and a close-up portrait, together with a plaque that lists the following:- James Hunt - 1947 to 1993 He began his racing career in touring car racing and progressed into Formula Three where he attracted the attention of the Hesketh Racing team. He entered Formula One in 1973, driving a Hesketh March 731 and then the Hesketh 308 car. Hunt joined the McLaren team at the end of 1975 and in his first year won the World Drivers' Championship. He remained with the team for a further two years. Hunt remains one of the few drivers of the era to be widely remembered amongst the general public. Special edition presentation personally signed at the 1977 British Grand Prix by James Hunt, Niki Lauda, John Watson, Rupert Keegan, Jody Scheckter and 2 other drivers. It is presented in a stunning black surround with dual inset mounts measuring in at a large and impressive 68cm by 59cm. This is a highly collectable item of memorabilia signed by many legends of the track.
