For the first time in 50 Years Chelsea won the League Championship in 2004/05. They followed this with another title in 2005/06 and now have one of the best squad of players in the world!

This stunning special edition presentation displays colour photographs of the team celebrating in both of the Championship seasons, with photos of John Terry, Frank Lampard and Jose Morinho holding the Trophy.

There is an inset plaque that lists complete details of this historic achievement, and it is presented in a stunning black wood surround with inset mounts, measuring in at an impressive76cm by 41cm (approx).
