Ordering and Payment

Online - Ordering Online with us is safe and secure and we adhere to stringent standards as set out by accredited organisations. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure and we encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

By phone - If you wish, you may also order by phone by calling 0844 770 1966 or outside UK on +44 (0)118 903 4918. Please have your card ready and details of the billing and delivery address plus the name to go on the certificate of authenticity. Due to administration constraints, we ask that wherever possible customers order on-line. This ensures there are no errors with the details provided.

Credit or Debit Card - We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Delta, American Express and Switch. To help protect against misuse of your card, you will be asked to enter your three digit security (CV2) number that can be found on the back of your card, and also the billing address. Please ensure that you enter this information correctly. Please note we do not see your card details. Due to the increase in Internet fraud, we undertake detailed checks that include random telephone number verification and the use of a third party company who monitor all transactions. If you are ordering from overseas, we will contact you to ask some additional security questions, and may in some cases need to obtain further authorisation.

Cheque or Postal Order – You may also order by sending a cheque or Postal Order to Spirit of Sport, 2 Broadwater Lane, Hurst, Berkshire, RG10 0EA. Cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship the order. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then post the form to the address above.

Returns and Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Assuming the item is returned to the Spirit of Sport head office in a re-saleable condition within 21 days of the original purchase, Spirit of Sport will either offer a replacement, credit note or refund. This is at the discretion of Spirit of Sport. All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. If the goods are faulty you should report this by email within 24 hours of the ordering being received.

Personalised products and bespoke framed items cannot be returned unless there is an error or fault with the product. The original delivery charge will not be refunded if the product is simply being returned as unwanted.

Delivery Issues

In the unlikely event you do not receive products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them; Spirit of Sport Limited shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at sales@spiritofsport.co.uk of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.

Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and Spirit of Sport will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices; otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
