Delivery within the UK mainland

How much does it cost?

All orders totalling over £150 excluding carriage to one address are delivered free of charge to the UK mainland. (Excludes upgraded delivery options, personalised books, calendars, diaries and sale or return orders)

For orders under £15, the delivery charge is £2.50. Under £80 the charge is £5.95. Under £150 the charge is £7.95.

You can pay extra for guaranteed next day (£3.50) or a Saturday delivery (£25). If ordered before midday (UK only). (Not available for Personalised Commemorative Books, Calendars and Diaries. Orders where you have selected bespoke framing options, and products from the canvas collection. Also on certain pre-order products where the delivery timescale is stated on the product).

How will my order be sent?

Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail, Recorded or Special First Class Delivery. Larger items are sent by courier. You will receive an email when your order is shipped with tracking information.

When will I receive my order?

Orders for in-stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Some delays may occur during busier periods such as Christmas, Valentines and Fathers Day. If the product is out-of-stock you will be contacted. There are options to upgrade to a guaranteed next day or a Saturday delivery.

Personalised products - Are despatched within 7 to 10 days.

Bespoke framed products – If you have selected bespoke framing and/or plaque options, your order will normally be despatched within 5 working days.

Will I have to sign for my order?

A signature will be required on receipt so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address entered when ordering. In all cases we ask that you sign for the item 'contents un-checked' or if there is any visible damage 'box damaged'. Any damage must be reported to Spirit of Sport within 24 hours.

What if I am ordering from outside of the UK Mainland?

Northern Ireland - Channel Islands – Remote parts of Scotland – There are no additional charges for items sent by Royal Mail. Larger items sent by courier will incur an additional charge that is stated on each product.

Europe and Rest of World – Orders are sent by Royal Mail Swift Air or Courier. Timescales vary depending on location but is usually 3 to 10 days. The delivery charge is stated on each product.

Please note that for orders leaving the UK, the buyer if responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be levied on the goods on entry into the destination country. Spirit of Sport accepts no responsibility for this and by placing an order you accept these terms and conditions.
